In a Sound and GRACE session, I attentively weave together the pure tones of a crystal singing bowl, tuning forks, and other acoustic instruments with my personal blend of the profound, hands-on energy therapies of Reiki and amazinGRACE®.
Energy healing is a gentle practice that works with the body's subtle energy system, inviting greater balance, relaxation, and a sense of well-being. Depending on the session, I sometimes weave in the resonant tones of tuning forks and crystal singing bowls.
Reiki and other forms of energy-based care are increasingly offered alongside conventional medicine in hospitals, cancer centers, and palliative settings in the United States and United Kingdom, where they may support relaxation and help ease anxiety, tension, pain, and discomfort.
amazinGRACE® is a distinctive form of energy healing that can be experienced through touch or without physical contact.
Each session is unique, guided by what is present in the moment. You are invited to rest, receive, and simply be—to allow the energy, touch, and sound to create space for a deeper sense of ease, balance, and connection.

Before and After Treatments
Michelle was 80 when we met and had lived with scoliosis throughout her life. The week before our session, her doctor had told her, after reviewing her X-rays, that her spine was “like a snake.” After a single 45-minute amazinGRACE® session, we photographed her again. The changes in her posture were remarkable—and Michelle was thrilled with what she saw.
These images were taken before and after a single 45-minute amazinGRACE® session using imaging equipment in the office of an orthopedic surgeon who is also trained in amazinGRACE®. No physical touch was used during the session. The images document a visible change in the woman’s posture and spinal alignment.
The changes extended beyond what can be seen in the images. Following the session, she measured nearly 15 centimeters taller, her muscle strength returned, and after work with the C1-Atlas, her dizziness and double vision improved significantly. She was able to stand without assistance.
Over the years, I have witnessed remarkable, sometimes life-changing changes through amazinGRACE®, as well as sessions in which the most noticeable shift was simply a greater sense of calm and relaxation. And, on a few occasions, a person felt no discernible change at all. Each person and each experience is unique, and there are many factors beyond our understanding that may influence how the body responds. I cannot promise or predict an outcome. I can only offer the work, remain present, and stay open to what may unfold.
